Psychotherapy and counselling, unlike psychology and social work, are not currently eligible for a Medicare rebate under a Mental Health Care Plan. My session fees are set at a similar out-of-pocket cost to Medicare-subsidised therapy sessions. Sessions may also be covered through NDIS funding where applicable.

The regularity of therapy will depend on what you are seeking and can be discussed.
